This is one of the gears for the H&K P30 AEP. Every time I test it, the blowback "nub" breaks off due to my use of only a "stronger" type of PLA. This might work with materials like ABS, but I plan to stick exclusively with PLA for the foreseeable future. As a result, I'm unable to provide print settings that would yield optimal results, as they would likely be entirely ineffective. Nonetheless, this is an almost flawless recreation of the gear, and if you can create a durable one, kudos to you.
