H Configured 3D Printer

I was incredibly impressed by ckaos' initial design on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:27202 that inspired me to take it further. To enhance support for my Bowden Hot End, I modified the X-carriage height. For the printer, I used sdp-si.com's largest G2 belt (87.323 inches or 2218 mm, P/N A 6R51MB09060) and 10mm self-lubricating Acetal bearings for the Z-axis (P/N A 7Z44MPSD10MAF). I also employed a LM10LUU version bearing holder. I opted for Taylor Alexander's Wade's MK6 filament feed for Ultimaker on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:20850, and designed short and long brackets to accommodate the filament feed system. I aimed to incorporate Wired1's dove-tailed design from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:31322 in my Hot end slide, although it required additional effort due to a misfit. My objective was to achieve a 10"x10"x10" (394 mm x 394 mm x 394 mm) build volume, but the belt length posed a challenge. I plan to dedicate more time to this issue later and focus on getting a prototype platform functional first. I'll share Alibre files for fellow Alibre users who wish to modify my work, along with a .dxf assembly layout drawing. As it's my first Thingiverse publication, please forgive any errors; I'm committed to improving future posts' professionalism.
