Gyroscopic Gimbal Mount Plates

In love with the gimbal mount by BrandonW6, I've opted to gift screwless cube gear and mount sets. To print multiple sets simultaneously, custom plates were designed for bases. Although rings required single set printing, grooves in the top and bottom ensured perfect circles without fill-in. For multi-set ring printing, I crafted 2-6 ring set plates with spacers. To create these gifts, choose 1 to 3 base plates to print initially, followed by an outline file for precise ABS slurry application to prevent lifting. Then, select a tower of 1 to 6 ring sets to print, using a utility knife for separation and sanding off spacers. Acetone-soaked paper towels can be used to restore shine. Additionally, a stackable RingSetStack file is provided for customized tower height. Simply place the stackable one down, followed by another every 10.8mm high, concluding with a RingSet1 topper. For ABS printing settings: layer height of .27mm, 5% infill, 2 total shells without support or raft; head and bed temperatures at 230°C and 110°C respectively, extrusion speed of 80 mm/s and traveling speed of 150 mm/s with acceleration enabled.
