Gyroid pen holder with knurled screw cap

<p>I designed this pen holder so that all my pens would not mix together, keeping things organized a little better. The cap screws onto the lower part and can be removed if necessary.</p> <p>It was also an excuse to learn how to make knurled surfaces, which turned out great.</p> <p>The gyroid part in the middle is created using modifier meshes.</p> <p>Designed in Autodesk Fusion 360 and printed on an Original Prusa MINI.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p><strong>Notice:</strong>The lower part was sliced in <strong>Slic3r++</strong> using the <em>do not connect infill</em> option, which is missing in Prusa Slicer as of right now. If you slice it in the latter, the cut in the middle gets all messed up and looks awful, so keep that in mind. Also, Prusa Slicer can't seem to open correctly the .3mf file for the lower part.</p>
