This item was created using miniSageCADAS (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:40210) and the command used was "intersection2(cylinderc(30,60),gyroid_left(3,25))". For optimal printing, use 50% scale with a wall thickness of 0.5mm and no additional shells. I printed mine with outer and inner layer thicknesses of 0.07mm and 0.14mm respectively. Contrary to the belief that human eyes can't resolve details below 70um, I found that this myth is indeed busted.
