Gyro Air

No structural support required.Creating Gyro Air presented its own set of challenges, but after 5 prototypes and an abundance of PLA, I finally landed on the final model. I'm not a fan of supports, so I deliberately designed every form to be smooth and rounded. For optimal results, I recommend printing the Gyro Air at its original size of 10cm. I've also experimented with printing it at 80% scale, but that's about as small as it can go without compromising structural integrity.Printing it too small will result in circles that are overly thin, making them susceptible to breaking.I printed the final object using a 0.25mm layer height.Once printed, snap the conical nipples into place, starting with the smallest and working your way up to the largest. You can add a drop of oil to the joints to ensure the spheres rotate freely.
