Gyps fulvus is a bird of prey that roams freely in open areas. Griffon Vulture is another name for it. The species was first described by Habilizl in 1783. It has a common voltor, or buitre leonado. Its falange, or phalanx, is made up of one to two dit, one to two dedo, and one to two finger. Measurements are taken for size (mm) as depth x width. On December 19th, 2008, a specimen was found in Lleida, Segrià, Spain.
