DIY gymnastics/fitness rings! Cut them (and the jigs) from 1/8" baltic birch plywood, glue them (using the jigs for alignment), clamp them, sand them like crazy. Then, you're ready for a great gymnastics rings workout. Instructions I started from standard gymnastics rings dimensions (7" inside dia., 1/25" profile dia.), drafted them in Rhino, sliced them for laser cutting from 1/8" baltic birch plywood. Update: the new v02 .dxf file includes a better jig design.
