The building model under discussion is designed for virtual reality and augmented reality applications. It comes in multiple file formats, including 3DsMAX2012, 3DsMAX2017, MB 2016, and FBX. The model represents an Asian-style residential structure with three levels of LOD to conserve project resources. The wiring is either triangular or quadrilateral, allowing direct import into the engine. Separate window models enable easy modifications. All models feature two-channel UV unwrapping, facilitating illusion engine lighting setup.
