My local Gyms are shut down temporarily, but I managed to create an alternative using rubber bands which initially caused burns on my hands after repeated use. However, through rigorous experimentation and simulations in Fusion 360, I was eventually able to design a single band that could support my entire weight of 200 pounds or approximately 91 kilograms. The band features rounded edges to prevent it from digging into your skin and strategically placed bumps for improved grip.
