This Athletics Gym Interior model, created by a professional architect, measures 20m x 60m and was originally designed using 3ds Max 2011's LEVEL OF DETAIL. Suitable for various purposes such as real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture, the model boasts high-quality mesh with clean edge flow. The mesh has been carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. It is a low-poly mesh that can be easily edited to add more details. All similar objects are instances, allowing for easy changes or replacements. Shell modifiers have been applied and disabled for glass objects.
