This Athletics Gym Interior model, created by a professional architect, measures 20m x 60m and was originally designed using 3ds Max 2011's LEVEL OF DETAIL. Suitable for various purposes such as real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture, the model boasts high-quality mesh with clean edge flow. The mesh has been carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. It is a low-poly mesh that can be easily edited to add more details. All similar objects are instances, allowing for easy changes or replacements. Shell modifiers have been applied and disabled for glass objects. The scene's objects are organized into layers: INT_building, INT_details, INT_equipment, INT_glass, INT_sport, and INT_structure. Preview images were rendered using 3.20 V-Ray, with wire images done using VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing. The model includes VRayLights and VRayCameras, making it ready to render out-of-the-box. It comes with both V-Ray and Standard materials, along with JPG and PNG textures in a separate archive. Properly named materials and UV mapping are also included. No third-party plug-ins are required for this model.
