GX CS2 Portable PCP Air Compressor Handle and Cord Spool

<p>&nbsp;These parts assemble with a minimum of hardware. You'll need three (longish) zip ties, one 3mm X 20mm screw with nut, and 1 2.5" ¼-20 hex head bolt and thin nut. Remove the cover from the compressor and drill a single ¼" clearance hole for the mounting bolt, no other modifications are needed. I made the original out of PLA, but need to make new parts out of PETG for outdoor use. Keep the infill light 15% to 20% or shrinkage can cause parts to warp off the bed. I used a brim on the handle part as its tall and does not have a great deal of adhesion area on the bed surface. The spool is split into two pieces to allow printing without supports. the lever should be printed on its side, and the handle with the big radius down. Prusa Slicer makes that bit a cinch.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;I use my compressor on my quad and also have a removable mount for the front of my truck.
