The new engine cowling replaces the fragile original one in GWS Pico Tiger Moth models. Made from a robust 0.5 mm thick ABS shell, it's surprisingly sturdy. It can be easily designed using OpenSCAD with two conical cylinders and the hull command. Printed on a Replicator 1 Dual with RepG039-Sailfish at 80/160 mm/s, 10% infill, and no raft, it boasts a surprisingly flat and smooth front due to direct printing onto the HBP.
