This is a precision tool designed specifically for cutting Guillow's 6 inch props (Product #118) to precision fit Bioquip #2801A EVS Mosquito traps. Its unique design ensures a clean, symmetrical cut every time, guaranteeing a perfect fit in these traps. Before using the jig, drill out the propeller hub to 2mm to ensure a snug fit on the trap's motor shaft. Place the untrimmed prop in the jig with the hub aligned vertically and the round side facing down. Align the hub over the spindle and gently press down to seat the blades firmly against the angles of the jig. Hold it in place and use your free hand to make a smooth cut along the outer edge of the jig.
