I have a flat spot right in the front of my head, from trying to break down walls my entire career - forcing diversity of thought and opinion into newsrooms and on the air. Whatever else you do with your lives, I hope you remember to fight those battles too. Gwen Ifill was a Peabody Award-winning journalist, anchor, moderator, and author. She was the first African American woman to use a national public affairs program in the U.S. She radiated honesty and humanity, hard work and intelligence, humor and empathy. She inspired many. This lithopane was created with the Lithopane Customizer for Black History Month 2017.
