I'm skeptical that anyone will print this as-is due to its intricate design and the fact that it would take my I3 Plus printer 27 hours with numerous supports. The painting process itself would also be quite challenging, but here's the file for your reference - keep in mind you can reduce the mesh by 50% if you prefer a more manageable model.
