This design combines elements from Metalnat and Sal's work, and I'm grateful to both of them for sparking my creativity and influencing the overall aesthetic. To make assembly easier, I made a few key changes: I added plastic loops to the base of each medalion to secure a printed chain in place, and drilled holes into the rear of each piece to allow hot glue to be injected from behind, resulting in a cleaner and more polished look. If I had been at the top of my game, I would have designed snap-fit pieces that fit together seamlessly, but instead I opted for a solid printed chain. To ensure a good fit, I based my calculations on my 5'8" son's measurements, printing six sections of the chain to accommodate his height. The addition of split links at each end makes it simple to connect and disconnect the chain as needed. Happy Halloween!
