Guy Wire Tensioner
thingiverse
This design draws inspiration from commercially available guy wire tensioners that are scarce in my area. Use case: Securing 10m (30') mast guy wires for amateur radio operations. Recommendation: ABS @ 100% Fill is the preferred choice. Initial feedback indicates the rope bites firmly, suggesting rounding the edges might be beneficial if frequent adjustments are planned. Given a semi-permanent installation, slippage is not currently a concern. The images display the first edition print; prior to publication, I added 2mm thickness as a safety factor for users' benefit.
