Gutter Solar Panel Light Holder

Simple clip on a block that clips firmly onto my guttering. There is a 4 mm, approximate, extruding lip on the guttering. The item is 30 x 40 mm and 25 mm deep. The clip is 6 mm wide this teeth are offset and 1.75 mm before 0.5 fillet.
