Gutter Downspout Overflow Diverter

I have a vertical downspout leading to an underground pipe which freezes in the winter, this device is my first attempt at diverting water into a second downspout when the vertical portion of the downspout freezes - device is as yet untested. Should connect to standard 3" X 3" downspouts, I've included screw holes and pre-modeled supports. BOM: - 4 - M3 X 6 X 5.3 Embedded Nuts (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32974153070.html) - 4 - M3 X 16 Machine Screws (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32798146322.html) - (optional) short length of TPU filament for improvised gasket Tools required: - Soldering Iron - Hobby Knife I've included pictures in post processing section showing how to assemble (please ignore the poor print quality, I messed up my print settings :P) - Once parts are printed remove all flashing and supports - Using low temp soldering iron insert embedded nuts - Optional: place a TPU filament in the provided groove, I had to use a soldering iron to tack it into place - Screw the assembly together Note: You will want to use a UV resistant material like PETG or TPU for outdoor use. I will probably use TPU for my second print since it has good layer adhesion and should be able to withstand flexing from freeze thaw cycles. 2/10/2020 I just finished a print in TPU, turned out great - stock ender 3 with 30mm/s print speed or slower seems to work fine even with bowden tube. I'll post build pics when I get a chance. ASA is also weather and UV resistant but I've thus far avoided due to reports about fumes. Updated 8/7/2020, enlarged opening on the top of square model so that it fits over top of the downspout and added brims for better adhesion Updated 9/5/2020, switched all openings so they fit over top of the downspouts Updated 9/24/2020, added nozzles to the outlet sides Updated 10/9/2020, added strain relief to screw holes after observing layer separation in PETG print, TPU seems superior in this regard as no layer separation was observed in TPU
