Gutter Clamp - INVISIBLE SCREWS

Gutter Clamp - INVISIBLE SCREWS

I designed a custom bracket to mount a gutter directly onto a brick wall using 3D printing. The primary motivation behind creating and printing this bracket was to craft a design that concealed screws entirely. After researching possible solutions, I discovered a two-part bracket system. The first part attaches to the wall via two screws, while the second part is easily secured by twisting it 90 degrees onto the first piece. As a result, the screws are completely hidden between the two components. For optimal results, you can insert paper between the two parts to minimize the gap and ensure a seamless appearance. Alternatively, using glue will achieve the same effect but may complicate demounting. This bracket is specifically designed for gutters with a 50mm radius. I printed it in PLA, which took approximately four hours to complete.
