Gus the shiny skull

Meet Gus. When he was alive, his obsession with shiny things led him to embed gold, copper, and cobalt into his teeth. However, the metals had other plans - they seeped through microfractures in his skull, created by a life of high intensity. As they spread, Gus's skin began to flake away, leaving him for dead. Yet, every night, a golden glow still emanates from within his skull. This project was my first full-length creation on ZBrush and Substance, following the expert guidance of FX Mélard, a renowned professor at HEAJ college. While it's far from perfect - there are clear areas for improvement in the teeth and retopo - I'm proud of what I've accomplished so far.
