GupX from Octonauts
thingiverse
This is my interpretation of the Gup-x vehicle from the Octonauts cartoon. My son got a playset and it was missing this essential component. I'm no professional designer, so it's not an exact replica - but my amateur skills still managed to bring it to life in 3D form. The printed result made my son incredibly happy. It has ample space inside for one of the playset figurines to take up residence. Instructions To get this 3D print moving, I used a .20 layer height and a relatively low 10% infill rate since it's not an enclosed space. However, if you want those iconic wheels to really pop, I included them for assembly. Be prepared to apply some glue, as they come pre-separated. You can use tiny nails as axles for the ultimate look and feel.
