Gunwhale Wedge For Sea Jay Nomad HS

This is a 3 part gunwhale wedge to fit the gunwhale of a Sea Jay NOMAD HS 3.7. Part 1 is WedgeSmall, it sits on the bottom of the channel. Part 2 is WedgeBig, it sits on top of WedgeSmall Part 3 is WedgeFace, it sits external to the gunwhale. You fit bolt through what you want to mount, then WedgeFace and into WedgeBig, and screw into the captive nut. The WedgeBig part will be pulled forward on WedgeSmall and obviously wedge the fitting in the gunwhale. I used a 1/4" by 1 1/4" long bolt, the nut should fit for that size. Also the front upper edge of WedgeBig needs a slight chamfer filed off it. Really just the tiniest amount to make it fit. Print in ABS
