Human: created from a 2D logo image sourced directly from Google. The round version was the initial print, but my wife later requested it as a key-ring, prompting me to rework and refine the design, resulting in an improved outcome. I utilized Simplify3D to slice the object into two distinct profiles: 1. The first profile involved printing at 1.8mm with a layer height of 1.2 and an extrusion width of 0.4. 2. The second profile entailed printing from 1.8mm down to a layer height of 0.8, accompanied by an extrusion width of 0.3. In order to facilitate a seamless transition between the two profiles, I paused the print at the 2mm mark before initiating the logo's design.
