WARNING: The skirt edges are razor-sharp - be careful not to cut yourself. It may take a while before I can get the wings printed, but all STL files are in place for them, along with the hand guns and many extras, including a stand, in the extras folder. I redesigned some of the snap fittings from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:170076. Starting with this model http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1731644, I resized it to 1/60 scale, around 12 inches. I then cut, chopped, remodeled, and made many parts from scratch using pictures. It took a while, but everything is ready to print now - just haven't had time to put it all together yet or print the wings. But so far, everything fits together perfectly. To assemble it, you'll need to glue the halves together and then snap together the parts. The joints shouldn't require gluing; they should simply fit together and snap into place. You can see a picture showing how it goes together. My wife gets annoyed at how much time I spend making toys, but it's really fun for me. If I missed giving credit to someone or didn't do it right, please let me know so I can correct it. I'll add more pictures when I have the time to finish it up. I uploaded it as a zip file, but I included the front torso piece showing in STL format because the site requires one. All of the files you need, plus extras to make the Gundam look different, are included here - I hope you all enjoy it! **Print Settings:** * Printer: Sunhokey Prusa i3 * Rafts: Doesn't Matter * Supports: Yes * Resolution: .2 and .1 * Infill: 20% * Notes: Cura slicer. It's easier to leave the settings the same for all of these pieces (over 50) since so many are involved, so I left the support type as touching bed for almost everything. I ran at .2 with 20% infill using PLA material. For the head pieces, I used a support type everywhere. For the joint pieces, maybe I should have used .1, but I ended up using .2. The shoulder piece (x2) was printed at .1. The bottom arm just had a brim. Some of the holes needed to be cleaned out a bit to fit properly - they're a bit tight.
