Gundam 1/100 MG Heavy Arms Damselfly
thingiverse
I've put countless hours into this project, with many iterations under my belt. My initial idea was far from perfect - it was cheesy and lacked depth. I had big plans for a motorized version, but it turned out to be a disaster. This is the final product, despite its rough paint job and lack of refinement. I could have thinned the paint further, but I chose to stick with hand-painting instead. Everything prints easily, requiring no glue whatsoever. However, the pegs are slightly oversized, so some sanding will be necessary to ensure a smooth fit. My printer is an FDM model with 0.2mm layer settings, but if you're using a resin printer or have better equipment, I'm confident your results will be impressive.
