These parts are for use with JayBee's Gun4IR DIY lightgun project (https://github.com/JayBee-git/GUN4IR) and Boojakasha's IR LED PCB (see the G4IR discord). These prints will help you securely and attractively mount IR beacons to a flat panel TV. Typically the PCBs are assembled with the heatsink "facing forward", that is the fins come forward in the same direction as the LEDs point. In this case, I have assembled the PCBs with the heatsink facing backward, so that I can hide the PCB mostly behind the TV instead of having it sit fully on top of the TV. The mounts: 1. Touch the PCB as little as possible, giving the SMD resistors room to vent heat. 2. Give you a nice flat surface to secure to the rear of your TV with double sided tape (designed for tape >0.5mm in thickness) 3. Keep the heat away from the tape. 4. Look more intentional than directly affixing a PCB to your screen, and can be printed in a color that blends in Additionally, there is another mount that I used to house a bit of perf board that splits USB power into four pairs of wire. This is somewhat specific to my TV but can be adapted. See photos.
