This is a custom build specifically designed for a 1-inch flashlight, featuring a mounting system tailored to picatinny rails. The printing process involves using raft support, ensuring a strong and stable foundation. I exclusively utilize OVERTURE filament for its exceptional strength properties, which is crucial in this application. To accommodate different rail sizes, the pin is oversized, allowing users to easily scrape and sand it down to create a secure fit that prevents accidental dislodging.
