Gun holster support for Ford F-150 using a regular 5.11 holster

<p>Hello! =)</p> <p>I made a support for a 5.11 holster to fit a Ford F-150. There is a space below the central console to fit some extra cup holders. I replaced the extra cup holders with this custom support.</p> <p>The idea was to keep the gun in a safe spot while being reachable while driving. It raises the gun and moves it a little closer to you so that you don't have to lean for the gun, just extend your arm and it will be in your reach.</p> <p>The holster is a 5.11 belt holster. It already has a safety mechanism to release the gun.</p> <p>Warning: Don't do this at home if you can't carry weapons in such a fashion where you live. Carrying weapons in certain ways in a car is prohibited by laws in many places. Check your local laws before printing. You need permits to carry weapons like this.</p> <p>The whole thing was divided into 3 parts. I uploaded the 3 parts so if you have a different holster you just have to customize one of the parts.</p> <p>The first print was done completely in PLA (which isn't good for sunny days). I am printing another one in ABS, just ran into some issues while printing ABS but looks pretty good so far. I painted it with acrylic spray paint.
