Update I'm going for it; making a mold is a fantastic idea. I just whipped one up in Blender, took around 30 seconds. A dark green flexible filament would have been the ticket - if you can track down the right hue, I'm pretty sure you're a superior Googler to me. I had no clue what to do with that 'sea green' ABS stuff... until it hit me: that's not sea green at all, that's Gumby Green! Pokey and his gang will be next, no doubt. The main crew is underway, including the blockheads; colors in hand. Just need to fire up the printer now. Thought I'd roll them out individually to give everyone a chance to print; might release the lot en masse after making sure each one comes out okay first.
