Edit - A day later, I realized it's difficult to distinguish which side is which, so I added a capital E for the low E and lowercase e for the high e, so after printing and sanding, the embossed letters should still be legible. This Thing is a transitioning feeler gauge that allows the user to define the fret radius, fret thickness, and desired action between each string and the 12th fret which greatly speeds up the process of adjusting string action on electric guitars. Simply slide this guy over the 12th fret and under the strings and by pressing each string to the printed model will demonstrate how much space the string still needs to be lowered by. It's not a wild concept at all, but is very convenient to be able to program the desired action string by string instead of needing to rely on visual alignment of a string with a ruler measurement. Because I refused to use smaller nozzles than 0.4mm, my quality is somewhat lacking, but I was able to smooth out any imperfections with 60 grit sandpaper. But if you're after a very clean and precise print, I suggest using a 0.3 or 0.2mm nozzle. 0.1 Layer height is a must, as well as Raft AND Support due to the model being so concave and only making minimal contact with the hotbed. Infill and Perimeter thickness is whatever you like. If you're not familiar with using SCAD, it's a free code based CAD app that I will link to the installers. Open the .scad file and all of the dimensions that need to be edited are right at the beginning. Change only the numbers to your desired spec and press F6 to render the model. On the top bar, there is an Export STL icon. All dimensions are expressed in mm EXCEPT the fretRadius, that is expressed in inches, and I make the conversion back to mm elsewhere in code. Enjoy. https://openscad.org/downloads.html
