You will want to choose several thicknesses with tactile raised text. Instructions to follow are outlined below. I created these plans in Solidworks 2014 and can share the source files with you upon request. Print using PLA material with a 0.1mm layer height. Make sure your first layer is just right, not too flat but not too curved either, for accurate dimensions.
