I printed the Standard 351 smooth guitar pick from @MikolasZuza (https://www.printables.com/model/70894-guitar-pick-collection) and wanted to create something to store and carry them around in.  It seemed obvious to shape it just like the pic itself.  To keep the model as small as possible, I chose to use M2 hardware.  The hole will fit an M2 screw with a length of 16mm and the shortest I've used with success (the shortest screw I have) is an 8mm M2 screw.  I chose to use a flat beveled head hex screw and in turn, created a beveled recess in the cover so the screw will sit flush. My printer seemed to print the hole in both pieces a little too small to get the screws in all the way, so to solve this without doing a redesign and running the risk of the hole in both pieces being too big, I did the following. For the cover, I used a small hobby knife and gently spun it around the holes to widen it ever so slightly.  I wanted the hole in the cover to be a little bigger so that the M2 screw would allow the cover to swivel, but not too loosely. For the body, I used a drill with a 1/16" drill bit.  I marked off the drill bit to the max depth I wanted to drill and I ran the drill back and forth gently through the hole a few times.  This cleaned it up enough for the M2 screw to go in tightly but not get stuck as I was screwing it in.The pick I printed is 1mm thick and this container will hold a max of 11, but I designed it to hold 10 with a little extra room. The other dimensions are as follows:Cover: 40.63mm x 43.66mm x 3mmBody: 40.63mm x 43.66mm x 18mmMain printer settings I used:Layer height: 0.2mmWall line count: 3 (for me, the infill shines through with 2 walls)Top/bottom layers: 4Infill: 20%Infill pattern: Cubic Subdivision
