Guitar Pedal Enclosure
thingiverse
I was using James Rutter's effect pedal scad as the basis for my pedals for the last month or so. It wasn't hard to make it do what I needed, but much of the measurements of holes, and the holes that were included needed work. I've added a hole for power, made it so you can use a non-tall pot and made them lock in place as long as they still have their tabs, put in the LED hole, and modified the foot switch and jack sizes so they match typical parts. I added comments to the scad because the pots bit is the most confusing. The prints are quite sturdy, even at 20% infill. That said, I've been using 50% for the sake of making sure they'll last. The lid is currently separate, mostly because I don't want to dive in to tweaking it. I've had good success setting the height and width to 1(mm) smaller than the case, but it does make it so there's a tad of slack. I'd fix it, but after being screwed it, it doesn't matter much (I've just been using wood screws and putting the rubber feet either beside the screws or on them)
