Guitar Neck Rest
thingiverse
Guitar Neck Rest securely holds your guitar on its back while you're working on it. This design reworks the original from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:413815 to minimize plastic usage and print in half the time. Like Daeken's post, the OpenScad is included, allowing you to adjust the size to suit your preferences. It works flawlessly for both solid-body electrics and acoustics. I utilized 3/32 sheet cork from Hobby Lobby, securing it with Locktite spray adhesive "300 Heavy." Make sure to mask off areas where you don't want glue. This substance is extremely sticky. Trim with a razor blade and lightly sand with 220 grit for a smooth finish.
