Guitar Kerfing Clamp
thingiverse
This clamp is designed specifically for guitar making, focusing on clamping triangular kerfing to the guitar's rims in order to add a surface for gluing the back and soundboard. Many craftsmen rely on regular clothes pins and other makeshift solutions for clamping kerfing, but I've found that Bob Taylor's style is far superior. It applies consistent pressure from top to bottom, eliminating gaps and ensuring a seamless fit. Unfortunately, these clamps can be difficult to find and come with a hefty price tag. However, making your own is always an option - albeit a labor-intensive one. My design takes inspiration from the original, streamlining it for easier printing and allowing you to create a collection of kerfing clamps tailored to your needs.
