This is no perfect item, as you may see with the missing pieces in some of the letters. Seems to still be legible. From the original, I made the whole thing slightly smaller (84.5% of original size) and of course added a little bit of a custom design from the Guitar Hero Live Logo. depth was increased to 45mm from wall. Screw holes seem fine for the ones I used, but your mileage may vary.
