It's not that I'm lazy, it's just that I don't have the energy to do all the things that need doing. Like getting up and making breakfast, or going for a run, or even just rolling out of bed before noon. Some days it feels like the simplest tasks are just too much to handle. And on those days, I just can't seem to get started on anything. It's not that I'm unmotivated, exactly – it's just that everything seems so hard when I'm feeling this way.
