A foot stool for playing the guitar. The platform is 270x150mm and will fit on a CR-10. I printed at 0.30mm layer height with 5 shells and 5 top and bottom layers. I had to drill our the holes a bit and so I increased the clearance by 0.25 mm on the version uploaded here but I didn't print another copy to check clearances. The holes may still need a small amount of drilling. I reversed the inner and outer rail when I built mine - it seems fine so I didn't disassemble it.. You will print 1 platform, 2 bushing, and 2 of each rail. If you go the threaded rod rout for the roller pin (see below), you will need a bushing2 as well. Total print time was around 26 hours printed in 2 jobs - one with platform only, one with everything else. From a hardware standpoint, I used 5mm x 25mm pan head screws screws to hold the rails together. I used a #10-24 threaded rod cut to length to hold the rails to the platform - I couldn't find long enough metric rod at my hardware store. For the roller pin, I used 3/8" (9.5mm).solid aluminum rod in which I drilled and tapped 5mm x 20mm holes in each end. I set the roller pin up originally to use threaded rod with bushing2 over the rod so I would expect this to work too. I did not test this though. I used washers in some places when I hadn't planned to because I felt it would spread the compression load a bit. I cut the threaded rod too short to use washers though, I guess I'll see if it matters in the long run. I used nylon inset nuts for all 4 nuts.
