This is a foot rest for keeping your back straight when doing long practices on the guitar. basically keeps you from slouching.. I found after doing long sit-down practices, it causes back pain.. by keeping 1 foot elevated, it causes the back to stay straight and eliminates the back pain. I have tested this for over a year of guitar practices and it works awesome I can do 3+ hours of guitar practices with no back pain wear socks with grip or glue sandpaper or skateboard tape to the top to keep your foot from sliding off if you strum with your right hand then you use this on your right foot if you strum with your left hand then you use this on your left foot this takes 27 hours to print at 15% infill print sideways so you do not need structures
