Guitar Amp / Potentiometer Knob
prusaprinters

I designed these to work with my home made LM386 portable guitar amplifier. They are designed for a round (with rough edge) potentiometer with a 6mm shaft size. You may need to scale up or down slightly to get a tight fit. This one is nice and snug on the one in the photo.

I used 3D Solutech Real Grey PLA: https://amzn.to/2CfRbgb
B10K Potentiometer: https://amzn.to/2pSTsXv

Chris Riley guitar amp build video: https://youtu.be/6oFMXqy8704

Print instructions

Category: Electronics Print Settings

Printer Brand: Monoprice

Printer: Maker Select

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: 0.2

Infill: 20%

Filament: 3D Solutech PLA Grey
Notes:

Used 1.2mm walls top and bottom and 3 layers thick walls.
