Guillotine for popsicle sticks
thingiverse
To build this device, tools and materials that are hazardous to children should be handled with extreme care, and construction should only be carried out under the watchful supervision of a responsible adult. The goal is to give small children the opportunity to create precise artwork using Popsicle sticks. I aimed to develop a device that can be built by anyone with access to a 3D printer and simple tools commonly found in most homes worldwide. Although I'm unsure if I successfully simplified this device, I would appreciate receiving feedback and advice for improvement. This device is well-suited for cutting other materials to scale, such as PTFE tubes or heat shrink tubing used in electronics projects. To complete the build, you will need the following additional components: An 8 mm drill bit is required A 6 mm drill bit is necessary A 6 mm diameter threaded rod is essential Additional screws with a 6 mm diameter are needed One additional screw with an 8 mm diameter is required For detailed installation instructions, please refer to the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mAFDfamcp7U
