Guidler axel pin with cutout and holes
thingiverse
We are designing a precision axel pin with cutouts and holes to facilitate effortless insertion into the guidler slot. The purpose of these cutouts is to simplify the process, allowing for smooth entry without any hindrance. Two small holes are strategically placed to accommodate a tiny rod that will rotate the pin into its locked position. With precise dimensions in mind, this axel pin boasts a diameter of 7.5mm and a length of 19mm. A cutout is cleverly positioned at 80% of the diameter's width, providing ample room for easy insertion. The holes are drilled to a diameter of 2mm, ensuring a secure fit for the small rod that will lock the pin into place. For those who prefer to customize and modify their designs, we have included an OpenSCAD source file, allowing for seamless integration with your existing projects.
With this file you will be able to print Guidler axel pin with cutout and holes with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Guidler axel pin with cutout and holes.
