New version here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2707801 Calibration for hole size, as well as X, Y and Z for SLA printers. My guide sleeve wouldn't fit inside my first DLP print. (It did fit into an FDM print with a 101% scale.) What I didn't know is that you need to offset your custom sleeve sizes in Blue Sky Plan. I needed a way to find the precise sleeve offset for my surgical guides. I could design and print several different guides, but I decided to design a "pseudo guide" with five sample holes in it. I've decided to share the Tinkercad file so you can edit it to the diameters specific to your needs. Simply click the green sleeve holes, and enter the desired diameter. Then click the text and edit each of those as necessary. I am releasing this for free to the 3D dental community. My one request is that credit is attributed to me for any derivative designs. One scenario I can think of is someone modifying this for all the Blue Sky Bio implant sleeves. To customize this in your web browser, I've provided the Tinkercad file at the bottom of the description. Don't know how to use Tinkercad? Here's a screencast showing how to change the dimensions of the sleeve holes. http://youtu.be/blqF-dIh0Dc?hd=1 What's new in version 1.2: 1) A totally new base, it's shorter in X and Z dimensions, so it should print a bit faster. What's new in version 1.13: 1) Esthetic tweaks. What's new in version 1.12: 1) Shrunk the base holes. 2) Cleaned up some duplicate polygons. 3) Got the 80mm mark to show. 4) Added the name of the implant for identification. What's new in version 1.1: 1) Added the 4mm platform to get above the squish, and then added "skis" to raft it up. Thanks to Barry Voltz for suggesting these features. 2) Added 80mm X calibration (The arch and the 3mm stilt should both be 80mm long.) Sorry, but Tinkercad was being fussy and wouldn't let me carve the 80mm into the base. 3) Added 20mm Y calibration feature to the side. 4) Added 10mm Z calibration feature to the side. You can also caliper the rings themselves - they are 5mm thick by default. 5) Reduced base holes and increased tire widths to reduce chance of getting "islands" when drill diameter is shrunk too much. 6) Sample size is 5.3mm, which corresponds to the Blue Sky Bio Max NP tubes for 4.3mm implants. Just a subtle shoutout to my friends at Blue Sky Bio Academy. This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/jOKG8kliFtL
