MR148zz is used as ball bearing. additionally 4 screws are needed: 2x M3x14mm and 2x M3x20mm plus 4 nuts M3. assemble all parts but tighten the screws only slightly. slide the assembled part into the aluminum rail and align the guide. tighten the screws again only slightly. move the z-carriage completely up and finally align the guide. tighten the screws. the ball bearing should not be under tension in the upper and lower positions. if this is the case, then the spindle must be aligned - position motor to threaded nut in the z carriage. a store option for the ball bearing: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/32641979156.html
