This part is used for fast vertical installation of the tap in two planes when threading. The hole for the tap should be snug so there are no distortions. If the hole is large, you can use a plastic or paper insert. Added models for taps with M5 and M6 threads. I also add the original SolidWorks file for editing. There's an example of how to use this part in the video below.
