A humble realization that still serves me well. In fact, when using bits of filament the support isn't suited unless there's a spool. I've therefore designed and printed two small guides that don't interfere with regular spool use and prevent the piece of thread from falling on one side of the support. The two guides lock in place and remain on each support as if it were a single part. Not suitable for the ZUM (2017) model.
