Those with the Aliexpress potato cutter likely encountered the problem shown in this video: I also have one of these cutters and indeed, the first time I used it, the same thing happened as it does in the video, and besides, the blades came loose when trying to remove the potatoes stuck in them. In the end, I thought "what if I make something with 3D printing that fixes the main error of this gadget, which is that potatoes get stuck?" So I had to create some square-based prismatic pieces that would enter between the grid of the blades at the end of the route and push the potato to the other side. To ensure that those cubic pieces match the grid, I put some vertical guides through the central slits of the handles of the potato cutter. To prevent the potato from slipping like it does in the video, it is recommended to make a flat cut on one end of the potato that serves as support. Update 6/6/2017: The first version took over 10 hours. So I ended up simplifying the design. I modified and simplified the initial model so that the printing time was reduced by half. Instead of printing it in a single piece, I divided it into three pieces: the base and two vertical guides that fit snugly into the base.
