I've taken various drive-chain designs and optimized them for a 1x11 setup to create the most solid and efficient version. After trying out different types and combinations, I've resized some parts to optimize them specifically for 1x11 use. This has made them more robust. By fixing up several chain guide designs, I've found the best of each one. Certain pieces have been re-sized to hold up better and work properly with the 1x11 transmission. If you were to switch to a 1x12 setup, you'd need to increase the chain gap size.
